Now that I think of it,
I have spent my whole life polishing.
The person behind it
My name is Makoto Ikeda.
I grew up in a small family factory that polished metal.
I spent 36 years at a major electronics manufacturer.
There I took stock of roughly 10,000 business processes, and reworked 7,000 of them.
Today I work as a certified SME management consultant, helping companies make their work lighter.
Alongside that, I have begun helping people polish the rough stone inside themselves.
Genseki Kobo
A workshop for noticing, on your own, what is already inside you.
I do not hand out answers. I hand out questions.
An answer someone gives you feels clear in the moment, and is gone by the next day.
